Park Rewards is a loyalty programme by Park Hotel Group specially designed to reward:

  • Corporate bookers for making room and event bookings on behalf of their companies
  • Guests staying at participating hotels and resorts
  • Patrons dining at participating restaurants and bars

Park Rewards members receive PARK$ for every eligible spend on rooms, dining and corporate events. PARK$ can be accumulated to redeem for exciting rewards such as vouchers from hotels, restaurants, bars and third-party merchants.

Anyone can be a Park Rewards member! Join now and start earning PARK$ immediately.

Joining Park Rewards as a lifestyle member is instant. It is free to join. No minimum spend required. Simply sign up at https://my.parkrewards.com/en/join.

Corporate membership application requires seven working days for the Sales Team to review and process the submission.

Immediate activation can be provided if you are planning to book your corporate stays or events very soon. Please email your requests to hello@parkrewards.com. An email with your login credentials will be sent once the application has been approved. Once approved for Corporate membership, you can also earn PARK$ for your personal room and dining spend in the same account.

Tier
Requirements Open to all 15 qualified nights or SGD 10,000 qualified spend in the past 12 months 30 qualified nights or SGD 25,000 qualified spend in the past 12 months

Only qualifying room nights or qualifying spend on personal stays and dining count towards tier upgrade requirements.

To move up to the next tier you need to earn sufficient qualified nights or qualified spend for the past rolling 12 months.

Insider Tier: 15 qualified nights or SGD10,000 qualified spend

Ambassador Tier: 30 qualified nights or SGD25,000 qualified spend

Once you are upgraded to an Insider or Ambassador tier, you will enjoy the tier benefits for the next 12 months.

For example, if you are upgraded to the Insider tier on 15 March 2019, you will enjoy the benefits as an Insider up till 14 March 2020. At any point within this period, should your qualified nights or qualified spend for the past rolling 12 months be eligible for the Ambassador tier, you will be upgraded to the Ambassador tier, where you will enjoy the Ambassador tier benefits for the next 12 months.

Please log in to your Park Rewards account to see the number of qualified nights and qualified spend you have earned for the past 12 months.

Once you have reached an Insider or Ambassador tier, you will enjoy the benefits for the tier for the next 12 months.

During this time, you would need to achieve the respective tier requirements to remain in the tier:

Insider Tier: 15 qualified nights or SGD10,000 qualified spend

Ambassador Tier: 30 qualified nights or SGD25,000 qualified spend

If you have not managed to earn the sufficient qualified nights or qualified spend within 12 months for either tiers, you will move back to the Member tier.

For example, if you reach Ambassador tier on 15 March 2019, you will need to have 30 qualified nights or SGD25,000 qualified spend by 14 March 2020 to remain in the Ambassador tier.

If you have 16 qualified nights in the past 12 months, you will be in the Insider tier from 15 March 2020 onwards.

If you have 5 qualified nights in the past 12 months, you will move back to Member tier from 15 March 2020 onwards.

Park Rewards members can earn PARK$ for qualified room, dining and corporate event spend.

PARK$ can be accumulated and redeemed for vouchers at participating hotels, restaurants, bars and third-party merchants. Membership benefits are subject to change without prior notice; so check this page regularly for updates

No physical or virtual membership card will be issued for this programme. Park Rewards is designed to be hassle-free; members can earn and redeem PARK$ with just your email address that is linked to your membership account.

To be identified as a member at our participating hotels, restaurants and bars, simply quote your registered email address.

This is to ensure that you will be able to enjoy your membership benefits and receive the most updated information and communications on the programme. Incomplete application forms cannot be processed and will be deemed as unsuccessful applications.

Park Rewards is an individual membership programme. Joint accounts are not allowed, and proof of identification may be requested for verification purpose.

1 email address can only be associated with 1 Park Rewards account. While combining accounts is not allowed, we’re happy to assist with PARK$ transfer between accounts with a small administrative fee in PARK$.

Park Rewards may be terminated for misconduct or fraud, misuse of programme benefits and awards, or failure to follow the programme Terms and Conditions. With the termination of membership, any associated benefits and PARK$ will be cancelled simultaneously Park Hotel Management Pte Ltd may also terminate any membership at its complete discretion.

Corporate Members can earn PARK$ on qualifying corporate room and corporate event spend at participating hotels. PARK$ will be issued for Qualifying Room Rates, a rate paid by corporate guests for overnight stays at the Participating Hotel and it excludes no show charges, cancellation fees, service charge, gratuities, concierge, other incidentals, fees and applicable taxes. Once approved for Corporate membership, you can also earn personal PARK$ for your personal room and dining spend in the same account.

Your personal PARK$ will be earned at lifestyle membership earn rates, dependent on the member tier you belong to.

Lifestyle Members can earn PARK$ on qualifying personal room spend at participating hotels and resorts where you are a registered guest for the room or villa. PARK$ will be issued for Qualifying Room Rates, a rate paid for overnight stays at the Participating Hotel and it excludes no show charges, cancellation fees, service charge, gratuities, concierge, other incidentals, fees and applicable taxes.

Qualifying Room Rate excludes the following:

  • - Complimentary rooms or villas;
  • - Rooms booked through a tour operator, wholesaler, online travel channels, event organiser or other agents;
  • - Rooms booked at a group rate as part of an event, meeting, conference or organised tour and the hotel stays was not paid to the Participating Hotel directly;
  • - Rooms booked at a discounted rate such as for airline crew members; and
  • - Long stays exceeding 7 nights.

Lifestyle Members can earn PARK$ on qualifying personal dining spend at participating restaurants and bars. PARK$ will be issued for Qualifying Food & Beverage Spend at the Participating Restaurant or Bar and it excludes cancellation fees, service charge, gratuities, fees and applicable taxes. Qualifying Food & Beverage Spend excludes the following:

  • - Complimentary dishes and/or beverages
  • - Credit card promotions
  • - The Entertainer vouchers

Yes, you can! PARK$ can be awarded to a Park Rewards member for up to 3 rooms per stay where the member must be a registered guest in one of the rooms.

PARK$ will be issued based on membership type and tier, and only applicable for qualifying spend.

Corporate members earn PARK$ 1 for every SGD 1 qualifying spend on qualifying corporate stays and corporate events at participating hotels.

Please refer to the table below for details on earning PARK$ for personal room and dining spend.

Please quote the email address linked to your Park Rewards membership when making your room bookings and prior to making payment at restaurants and bars.

For qualifying room stays, PARK$ will be issued one day after the guest’s departure from the hotel.

For qualifying dining spend, PARK$ will be issued immediately upon completion of payment.

There is currently no cap to the amount of PARK$ you can earn.

Your PARK$ will not expire if new PARK$ are earned or redeemed during a 12-month period. This way, you have more time to collect PARK$ for your desired reward.

Please be informed that PARK$ will only be awarded for qualifying stays and/or dining spend and after the guest has completed the stay and/or made payment at the restaurant/bar.

No. PARK$ are awarded to qualifying spend by members only. Qualifying spend made prior to programme participation is not applicable. If you have not joined the programme but are planning to book with us really soon, do sign up first and remember - registration for Park Rewards lifestyle membership is instant!

No, expired PARK$ cannot be reinstated.

Park Rewards Member may authorise the transfer of a preferred number of PARK$ (up to a maximum PARK$100,000 per transaction) into another designated Member's account with an administrative fee of PARK$1,000 per transfer.

Redeem hotel, dining and shopping vouchers in 3 simple steps:

  • - Log in to your account
  • - Under “Redemption Catalogue”, select your preferred reward.
  • - Submit your redemption request and we’ll take care of the rest!

The use of each redemption item is subject to the terms and conditions stipulated on the voucher.

A redemption request cannot be cancelled or altered once it has been submitted.

Before making your redemption, please refer to the Terms & Conditions on each voucher to see venues where the voucher can be used.

Yes, you can! You just need to make your booking directly with a participating hotel and you can inform our colleagues upon check-out that you wish to use a Park Hotel Group e-voucher to offset any outstanding balance on your bill. Unused value will not be refunded in cash or in kind.

Park Hotel Group e-voucher can only be used for a stay in a participating hotel booked at a Qualifying Room Rate and cannot be used for any third-party bookings and/or any bookings that are already prepaid in full and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Unfortunately, due to security requirements, you will need to recreate your account using the same email address as your Park Rewards membership on the booking page to access the member rate.

In order to be eligible for PARK$ for your stay booked via parkhotelgroup.com, you will need to sign up on www.parkrewards.com . We highly recommend using the same email address and password while signing up.

Please note that you will need to activate your account before your check-out date to be eligible for PARK$.

We only need your email address to award your points. Please make sure the email address of your booking is same as the Park Rewards membership email address.

No. To earn PARK$ for your future eligible transactions with us, the email address used for booking your stay must be the same email address registered with your Park Rewards membership. If you would like to change the email address used for your Park Rewards, please drop us an email at hello@parkrewards.com.

You will get to enjoy 10% off your booking off all our hotel properties, earn bonus PARK$250 when you make an eligible booking within 30 days from sign up and of course, earn PARK$ with every S$1 spend!

Our referral program rewards you for sharing the programme with your friends! Referrals are new members who were invited by you to join Park Rewards. When a referral successfully signs up as for Park Rewards, both you and the referee will get to earn bonus PARK$250!

Log in to the member portal to access the Refer A Friend section. Enter your referee’s email or simply share your unique referral link.

Your referee must firstly be a new member with no existing account. Your referee will then need to sign up using your unique referral link and activate the Park Rewards account to start earning.

Once the referee uses your unique referral code to sign up successfully, bonus PARK$ will be awarded immediately.

There is no maximum number of referrals per member. However, Park Rewards has the right to reject a successful referral in the event of fraud suspicions.

PARK$ do not expire if new PARK$ are earned or redeemed during a 12-month period.
