A company or an employee of a company may enroll in the Park Rewards Programme by submitting an application through

This programme is not extended to

  1. Companies carrying on the business of professional travel agents, travel agencies, conference organisers, destination management companies or other organisations which are presently earning fees, commission or incentives from the Participating Hotel; and
  2. Government bodies and/or company with ownership from a government.

Please allow 7 working days to review and process your application. However, immediate activation can be provided if you are planning to book your stays or residential meetings very soon. Please send your request via here. We'll send you an email with your login credentials once your application is approved.

The new Park Rewards consolidates all your PARK$ from eligible bookings across participating hotels into one account so that it's easier to accumulate PARK$ to redeem for rewards. You will also have access to to manage your membership account, check your PARK$ balance and also redeem for rewards!

An email containing your login credentials will be sent to your registered email address upon approval of your application.

You can earn PARK$ on eligible corporate bookings at participating hotels. PARK$ will be issued for Qualifying Room Rates, a rate paid by corporate guests for overnight stays at the Participating Hotel and it excludes no show charges, cancellation fees, service charge, gratuities, concierge, other incidentals, fees and applicable taxes. Qualifying Room Rate excludes the following:

  • Complimentary rooms;
  • Rooms booked through a tour operator, wholesaler, online travel channels, event organiser or other agents;
  • Rooms booked at a group rate as part of an event, meeting, conference or organised tour and the hotel stays was not paid to the Participating Hotel directly;
  • Rooms booked at a discounted rate such as for airline crew members; and
  • Long stays exceeding 30 days.

PARK$ will be issued one day after the guest's departure from the hotel.

If you do not see your PARK$ three working days after guest's departure from the hotel, please contact us

Your PARK$ will not expire if new PARK$ are earned or a redemption during a 12-month period. In this way, you have more time to collect PARK$ for your desired reward.

No. PARK$ are awarded to bookings by members only. Bookings made prior to programme participation is not applicable. If you have not joined the programme but are planning to book with us really soon, do sign up first and we can have your application processed as soon as possible.

No, expired PARK$ will not be reinstated.

Redeem hotel, dining and shopping vouchers in 3 simple steps:

  • Submit your redemption request and we’ll take care of the rest!

The use of each redemption item is subject to the terms and conditions stipulated on the voucher.

A redemption request cannot be cancelled or altered once it has been submitted.
